After going a little over a month without a pledge, the Orange landed a commitment today from 3-star running back Hassan Hall. Hall, an Atlanta native, picked Syracuse over Georgia Tech and Louisville.

The 5-foot-11, 190 running back is a dynamic athlete, boasting a 4.4 time in the 40 while also running a 10.6 in the 100. He’s the third running back to pick Syracuse this cycle, joining power back Akeem Dixon and speedster Jawhar Jordan. Hall is more in the mold of Jordan given his terrific speed, but he’s also not afraid to lower his shoulder and find contact, either.

With the commitment from Hall, Syracuse now has 12 commitments in the class of 2018, and with three running backs on board it’s highly likely that Dino Babers and his staff are finished at the position. Between adding Markenzy Pierre and Allen Stritzinger last cycle and this year’s trio of talented runners, the cupboard seems to be fully stocked at RB moving forward.
