It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since one of the most iconic moments in Syracuse basketball history. This day back in 2006, Jim Boeheim launched into the Jimmy B press conference to end all Jimmy B press conferences, lashing out at the media and Big East assistant coaches and defending his senior point guard, Gerry McNamara, like a mother bear defending her cub.
There’s been some great stuff published today reliving that press conference and the incredible BET run by the Orange, so it seems like as good a time as any for the return of Orange Seeds.
